Dear Parents,

We would like to welcome you and your child to “Robin Hood”. This is going to be an awesome year with tons of fun in store! My name is Sabrina Picot and I will be your child’s director this summer along with my co-director Kristina Lail. PLEASE NOTE THE DATES OF OUR SHOW: Thursday, July 16th and Friday, July 17th.

Sabrina is a freshman at Temple University and will be majoring in Psychology. She is seventeen and just graduated from Gloucester Catholic High School. This is her second year as a member of WDLT and second year as a member of the staff program. She has been involved in all of the musicals and plays at her high school and has taken drama classes. She is looking forward to working with your children to help them learn about theatre and all it has to offer them.

Kristina has been a part of West Deptford Little Theatre since 2003.  She is sixteen years old and will be a junior at Kingsway Regional High School next year.  She has participated in several shows herself as well as helped in directing last summer’s production of Snoopy!  She has thirteen years of dance experience as well as six seasons of acting at WDLT.  She is also proud to be representing WDLT as their princess for the upcoming season.
Please review the attached schedule for June and July. If there are any conflicts or any rehearsals your child will not be able to attend, please fill out the form at the bottom of this letter and return it immediately. If something comes up last minute, which we all know can happen from time to time, please contact us. Our contact info can be found at the bottom of this letter. It is also important to make arrangements to have your child picked up no later than fifteen minutes after the hour designated on the schedule. Also, your child should be picked up and dropped off at the parking lot of St. Matthew School. If your child is being picked up or dropped off by another relative or friend, please notify us either through a phone call, or a note.

Your child will be receiving a costume within the next couple of weeks. If they need anything extra, such as a bodysuit or specific shoes, we will notify you as soon as possible. Also, your child is responsible for his/her costume. If anything is damaged or misplaced, there will be a fee your child will have to pay for it.
